how to tune the skin,. wat opacity did i use?

This tutorial is made very long ago, but I think I just picked the colors for the skin.. so 100% opacity. But now for my other vectors/vexels I usually use white for the light and black for the shadow on a very low opacity.. 2% or 3% (:
